B\u00f6ylece \u00e7ocu\u011fa y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimsel yakla\u015f\u0131m, sevgiden do\u011fan bir etkinli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr; \u00e7ocu\u011fun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda deneyimlenerek gereken bi\u00e7imini al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131n dokusuna \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir insan bilgisi, \u00e7ocu\u011fun \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6z\u00fcn renkle ili\u015fki kurdu\u011fu gibi kavrar. Do\u011fa bilgisi kuramsal kalabilir; ancak insana dair bilgi, yaln\u0131zca bir teori olarak kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kendini bir iskelet gibi deneyimlemek gibidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131 tan\u0131mada \u201cteori\u201d ile \u201cpratik\u201d aras\u0131nda farktan s\u00f6z etmek anlams\u0131zd\u0131r.<br>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hayatta etkinle\u015femeyen bir bilgi, zihinde g\u00f6lge gibi s\u00fcz\u00fclen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden ibarettir; insanlara ula\u015fmaz. Bilgiyle ayd\u0131nlanmam\u0131\u015f bir ya\u015fam prati\u011fi ise karanl\u0131kta el yordam\u0131yla yol almakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer \u00f6\u011fretmen do\u011fru bir tutum i\u00e7indeyse, o zaman \u00f6\u011frencilerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde kendi insani y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc canl\u0131 ve canland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirme \u00f6nko\u015fuluna sahiptir. D\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnya yeti\u015fkinden bitmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler talep eder. Oysa \u00e7ocukta, geli\u015fen insan, do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirildi\u011finde \u201c\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tohumu\u201d nu geli\u015ftiren etkinlik talep eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsana dair ger\u00e7ek bir i\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fcye sahip olan ki\u015fi, \u00e7ocu\u011fun oyundan ya\u015fam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015f yolundaki do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 dinleyebilirse, \u00f6\u011fretme ve \u00f6\u011frenmenin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc bu ara a\u015famada i\u015fitecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7ocuklukta oyun, insan\u0131n varolu\u015fundaki i\u00e7sel etkinlik d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn ciddi bir ifadesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c7ocuklar oynayarak \u00f6\u011frenmelidir\u201d demek, y\u00fczeysel bir ifadedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 buna g\u00f6re d\u00fczenleyen bir \u00f6\u011fretmen, hayat\u0131 bir oyun olarak g\u00f6ren bireyler yeti\u015ftirir. Oysa e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimin ideali, \u00e7ocukta, oyun oynarken ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ciddiyetle \u00f6\u011frenme duygusunu uyand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fa sahip bir e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim prati\u011fi, sanata do\u011fru yeri ve do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fam, \u00e7o\u011fu kez e\u011fitimci i\u00e7in de kat\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011fretmendir.
